General information
  • Telephone reservations become binding only after written confirmation. We only accept written bookings. Please provide us with your address and telephone number when booking.
  • On the day of arrival your room will be at your disposal from 14:00. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10.00 am.
  • In case of arrival after 18.00 o'clock we ask you to inform us by phone.
  • Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to give you a binding confirmation of the floor, room number or table number within a specific room category.
  • Hotel events (excursions, winery visits, joint hikes, etc.) are organized if there are enough participants and depending on the season.
  • You can pay your hotel bill in cash, by check or credit card. Cash payers get a 1.2% discount at our hotel.
  • In case of unforeseen economic developments or changes in the tax rate, unfortunately, an adjustment of the prices must be made.
