Sometimes it doesn't take much to arrive, let go and relax. At the Sambergerhof, your wellness hotel on the alpine in South Tyrol, we have created a small-fine oasis of relaxation that lets the mountain panorama in and locks out the stress of everyday life.

The saunas are open from 2:00 pm to 6:45 pm.

Herbal & Finnish sauna

In the 60-80° warm herbal sauna, the spicy scent of mountain herbs stimulates your senses. Breathe in deeply as the vapours have a vitalizing effect and strengthen your immune system.
We will heat you up to 80-95° in the Finnish sauna. Classically equipped with wooden benches, you will experience the most original sauna experience.

Steam bath & infrared cabin

Your body can regenerate optimally here, while protecting your circulation and at a humidity of 100%. Pleasant temperatures of 40-55°C stimulate the circulation and boost your immune system.
Strained backs and tired muscles are revived in the infrared cabin. A few minutes are enough and the gentle heat promotes blood circulation and relaxes the muscles.

Relaxation room & tea corner

In between, relax in the panoramic relaxation room with an unobstructed view of the Dolomites. With this view it can be difficult to concentrate on a good book.
In our tea corner you will find the best South Tyrolean teas to strengthen yourself for the next sauna session.
